Privacy and cookies

Last updated: October 2026.

This notice explains how we handle the personal data of people who visit villamutibussi.com and who write to us through the contact form, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Data controller

Bel Poggio 2017 s.r.l., VAT no. 14567481008, which manages Villa Muti Bussi, Viale Trieste 84, 01100 Viterbo, Italy. For any question about your data, write to [email protected].

What data we collect

  • Contact form data: full name, email and, if you provide them, phone, company or production, dates, number of people, duration and your message.
  • Browsing data: the technical data that servers record automatically when you visit a website (IP address, browser type, pages visited, date and time), needed for the site to work and stay secure.
  • Emails you send us directly: the data contained in your messages.

Why we use it and on what basis

  • To reply to your enquiries and prepare quotes or proposals: pre-contractual steps you requested (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • To manage the relationship if your enquiry leads to a contract, and to meet legal obligations such as tax rules (Art. 6.1.b and 6.1.c GDPR).
  • To keep the site secure and prevent abuse such as form spam: our legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

We do not use your data for marketing and we do not sell or pass it on to third parties.

How long we keep it

  • Copies of enquiries received through the form are deleted automatically from the website after 12 months.
  • Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, if a contract follows, for the periods required by law (usually 10 years for tax records).
  • Browsing data is kept by our hosting provider for as long as needed for security, normally a few months.

Who can see it

Your data is handled by us and, only for the technical services needed, by the providers that process it on our behalf: our website hosting provider and our email provider. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area, unless a provider does so with the safeguards required by the GDPR.

Cookies and external content

The site uses no profiling or analytics cookies, and sets no cookies in visitors’ browsers during normal browsing; WordPress technical cookies are used only when the site administrators log in. The site does not embed third-party maps, videos or social media: links to Google Maps and Instagram open those services only if you click them. Fonts and videos are served from the website’s own server.

Your rights

You may ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format (Arts. 15–22 GDPR), by writing to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
